Frequently Asked Questions
How do you replicate an art style?
Looking at screencaps is a start if you're looking to make it look dated! If you are planning to draw from the same source for a while, studying references from behind the scenes such as artbooks, character and animation models or sheets can really help since they have many guides!
What brushes do you use for your artwork?
Depends, but these are pretty simple and standard: In my usual artstyle, I typically use a solid pen brush for lineart. Rendering, I either go with a mix of watercolors, airbrushing or acrylic. I do often try to experiment creating custom brushes to get a more grainy and texturized feel to it.
Do you use AI for your artwor-
NO.
What software do you use to draw?
Mainly, I like using Paint Tool Sai for sketching, line work and rendering. I will use either Clip Studio Paint or Adobe Photoshop every now and then for additional rendering, graphics and special effects.
Can you please draw this for me...
I do not accept art requests. Art trades or gift art are for mutuals or close friends only if I'm interested. If I find that you are being persistent about this and aren't respecting my wishes, I will have you blocked.
Do you mind if I draw your original characters or inspo of your work?
Nope! Feel free to draw them as long as they're appropriate with artistic credit!
Looks like somebody reposted/stole/took your artwork?
Thanks for letting me know! I will take care of reporting. No further action needed.
